We recommend booking six to twelve months ahead for weddings in spring and fall, and at least four to six weeks for private parties and corporate events. That said, we keep a small number of short-notice dates open, so please ask. We will tell you honestly what we can deliver.

Yes. Every wedding package includes a bridal tasting for two, and private and corporate clients can add a tasting at a modest fee that is credited toward the final invoice. Tastings are held at our kitchen in Sterling, Virginia, and include a guided walk through your proposed menu.

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher-style, and allergen-free menus are part of our daily work. Please list every restriction on your request form, and our chefs will design separate courses or stations so each guest has a delicious option at the table.
